With over nine years of experience in IT, she has transitioned from Web Development to Quality Engineering, specializing in automation with Java, Selenium, Karate, and Serenity, as well as the implementation of CI/CD pipelines. She drives quality, performance, and security in highly critical financial products. She is a mentor and content creator, developing talent and promoting QA best practices throughout the region. She currently leads initiatives in AI applied to testing and DevOps culture to accelerate time-to-market without compromising reliability.
