Ioannis Papadakis

Giannis loves to take on a variety of roles depending on the occasion, having worked as a Test Automation Engineer, QA Lead, and Director of QA Engineering. As Director of Quality Assurance, he brings extensive experience and strategic vision to the organization. With over 13 years in quality management and deep knowledge of testing methodologies, automation, and regulatory compliance, he has consistently fostered a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Under his leadership, the QA team has transformed into a high-performing unit that not only identifies and mitigates risks early in development but also drives innovation by implementing cutting-edge testing tools and techniques.

Public speaking is also one of his passions. He has spoken at international conferences such as GrafanaCON, Live2Test, WeTest, EuroSTAR, and many others. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master's degree in Software Engineering Design Strategies from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).
