Nadia Cavalleri

Systems Engineer and Psychologist. She has worked in software testing and quality since 2006, and throughout her career has held various roles, including functional analyst, tester, team leader, consultant, and teacher.

She is certified in Testing Fundamentals, Rational Functional Tester, Scrum Fundamentals, SAFe, and as an ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor.

She co-created Argentesting, the first Argentine testing conference, which took place between 2016 and 2021.

She has been creating content since 2010. She has published numerous articles in international journals, given webinars and conferences (both in-person and online) in more than 15 countries, and is the author of the e-book *"The Psychology Behind Apps for Kids"*. She is very active on social media, especially YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, where she shares content related to the world of testing.

For her contributions to the community, she has received multiple recognitions: she was a judge at the World Testing Championship, recognized by Abstracta as one of the most influential women in the field, recognized by Globant as a Digital Leader in Argentina in 2021, and was a finalist in the ISTQB Awards in 2022.
