Silvina Miranda

I began my career over 20 years ago in IT, with training at the La Plata University of Latin America (UNLP) faculty and participating in various positions and learning experiences across different technical areas along the transformation path: Demand, Technological Transformation Projects, and New Product Launches in various types of consumer goods industries.

I currently serve as the Testing Area Leader, coordinating a team of more than 100 people who test and support applications of different technologies and complexities.

For the past six years, he has been navigating and supporting the bank's digital transformation, and in the testing area, deploying the practice: applying new processes and methodologies, automating virtualizations, and building interdisciplinary teams for execution.
